60's beauty and fashion

Hey lovely readers! Time to time I like to look through this book by Jim Heimann. I'm telling you it's perfection. I don't know why, but I really admire this book. It gives me inspiration. Sometimes I just can't imagine how fashion developed and how these trends keep coming back. For example, baseball shirts, dresses and sweaters were popular in 60s and recently this trend came back. It's just so fascinating for me.
Basically this book is filled with different 60s fashion and beauty ads. It's not a regular book. It reminds me of magazine. So when I'm in need of inspiration I take this book and read few pages.
I like how Maybelline is presented here: "Maybelline specializes exclusively in everything to make eyes beautiful". Fun fact: in 60s there was solid mascara, cream mascara and magic mascara(our regular one). I guess solid and cream mascara was used by my grandmother when she was young.
Highly recommend this book for fashion and beauty lovers. Also if you're crazy about magazines this book is for you!

Have you read this book? What is your opinion about it?

Love,S
