Lush Popcorn Lip Scrub review

Hello lovelies! Please don't judge me that I just recently tried this lip scrub by Lush. I know that this product was released on the market about 4 years ago. I heard many great reviews about it and when I came by the store, I thought why not to try this one out.
There were three scrubs: Minty, Bubblegum and Popcorn. At first I just could't decide which one to pick. All of them looked nice. I sniffed and sniffed each of them. At the end I couldn't smell Minty one and Popcorn smelled better than Bubblegum. So I took Popcorn scrub.
In my opinion they are a bit overpriced. I paid 7.53 euros for some oils, sugar and salt. You can easily make this yourself. I bought it, because I wanted to see what's so special about this product and my dry chapped lips needed to be taken care of. Although it's expensive, it's a great product if you are too lazy to make it yourself. Especially when it's winter time and lips often become dry.
Popcorn lip scrub literally smells like fresh caramel popcorn. I love this scent just the way I like popcorns. Lip scrub is a natural handmade product with 7 fresh ingredients: Castor Sugar, Jojoba Oil, Sea Salt, Polenta, Coconut Oil, Popping Candy, Flavour. Scrub's taste is sweet and salty in one! I apply it to my lips, rub them together and lick everything off. Lips feel soft and smooth. They also look better and it's a great way to prepare your lips before using lipstick or any other lip product.
Have you tried this Lush product?

Love,S

  1. I I love this 'series' of Lush items (although I'm a general fan of the brand anyway)! I have Bubblegum! ;)

  4. My friend has this who let me try it - it's so good!
Then again body shop / L'occitaine all cost similarly too so why not pay for quality right? :)
